Just got these details of this show through from Trevor Goacher.
I include an extract from the entrance form for information.
Personally speaking, I have very fond memories of this show but in recent years it has less relevance for model submariners.
However if you live close by it would be well worth visiting. It is also a whole weekend show with camping available and a Saturday evening buffet at the "Great House" , which has some appeal.

Alfold Charity Model Boat Show 2018
Entry Information for Exhibitors
You can access the showground campsite from Friday 1st June 2018.
Sailing on the lake will be at allocated times during each show day, registering for this will be from 9.00am Saturday and Sunday.
The show will be open to the general public from 10.30am to 4.30pm each day.
Vehicle and camping passes will be issued in advance and must be displayed. You will be directed to the camping field, only traders will be allowed on the event field.
All exhibitors must complete entry form and obtain a pass.
There will be a bring and buy stand over the weekend, 10% of sale will go to the nominated charity. Anyone selling from their exhibit stand will be charged the Trade Stall Rate of £35 or asked to donate 10% of the sales to Care Ashore.
There is a Buffet on Saturday night which needs to be paid in advance, Tickets are £8 per person, No tickets will be sold on the day. If we do not get the required number of bookings (32) by the cut of date we will cancel the buffet and return your money.
As members of the public are paying to see the show it would be appreciated that you display your models until 4.30pm on show days.
No Vehicle movement on showground after 10.00am or before 5.00pm on each of the show days.
Judging of models will take place throughput Sunday. Trophies will be awarded at 4.00pm.
Sorry no i.c boats allowed on lake (static displays only).
If you are attending the show may we point out that you will require the following; Third Party Liability Insurance to £1,000,000. Oil Separators and boiler certificates for steam powered crafts, and a protective cover to the end of any transmission aerials.
