I've already contacted members who go to this show regularly, but just a reminder to new/old members etc.etc. that you are invited to come along and display your models (completed or still in bits!)
We have been going to this one for about the last 5 years. It is a very well organised, "proper" public model show with all types of model boats, prizes etc. Lots of Traders also and well timed for buying for winter projects.
We always have a stand and there is a small pond with enough depth for submarines, although the main emphasis is on stand display rather than wet demonstrations.
It is held in a number of halls at the racecourse - so everything (catering) etc. is to a high standard but all reasonably priced.
It is held in the "South of the North" and it is right by the M6 motorway.
Please pm me if you are interested in going and you can ask me about it if you are also going to Norwich. (And by the way it is not an either/or for these shows they are both different and complementary)
See you!
