    Hi... I can't build at the moment so I am messing about on the computer... just worked this out and I thought I would share it....

    You can make the hull of a Type XXIII U boat at 1/25th scale with PVCu pipes...

    At 1388mm long it is quite accurately 1/25th scale obviously this is just the central part, but the ends and the sail could be made quite easily in FG.
    The pipe is readily available in 125mm (soil Pipe) and 110mm (Air Vent Pipe)
