    As always Southend MBC are having there first weekend in August (4th & 5th) boat show, now this event has been taking place for some years now, in fact the first one that I went too was back in 1991 and it was not a bad weekend, there is food, tea and coffee on site, I can not say what condition the lake is in may be some one can inform us at some time, for more details go to www.smpbc.co.uk
