    Sounds utterly crazy. The equivalent of texting "You're fired!".

    Very poor and (dangerous!) practice. I bet they choppered out bin liners for their personal effects!

    Hi all, just thought i would put my oar in here. Knowing 1st hand how tight manning is on boats the MOD are being very shortsighted as they appear to be getting rid of all the experienced guys and it will be hard to relearn all that lost knowlege when we need to, and need to we will as history has a habit of repeating itself.
