I have just ordered and built the preamplifier from this site which works well. (I am looking to making hydrophones cheaper and easier to build - more on this soon.)
I was quite impressed with the look of another kit which is crying out for someone to have a go at. The IQ3 Programmable Controller which must have some uses for use on subs (switching lights and small motors etc.)and looks to be easily set up and programmed. (And good for anyone learning.)
Only £7 so get that soldering iron out!

(NB Some of the kits are available from Maplins but they seem to be cheaper at source.)
