An invitation from my own Club the Furness Model Boat Club to come to this year's sub day!
Come and enjoy our large pond (wadeable - we have the photos to prove it!) and our comfy club house in the park (with nearby toilets)
We will be setting up from about 10am but the main day is from 11am to about 3pm.
All welcome with no charge. We do a bring and share lunch.
No need to book a place, we have to confess that we don't get many visitors from very far away but you may consider visiting the Lake District at the same time - it can be lovely in September. You may even get the chance to have a peek at the latest Astute class in the "Yard".
Have a look at the photos from the previous years sub days on here, to get an idea of what goes on.
See you there!
David
