I can't remember ever seeing a kit of a chariot, Bill...and I think I'm right in saying that Stevie Webb and Alfie Blake both scratchbuilt theirs.
There's a 1/35th scale plastic kit by Italeri you could maybe use and scale up if you're thinking of scratchbuilding one?
