What wheel the price and how much wheel be the shippment to Romania,BUCHAREST.

We would like you to be a member and then you could, of course, have the chips.

We do it this way because we are an ASSOCIATION of model sub enthusiasts. So we share things between us, so we are not commercial.

Having said that your £12 a year membership and any "profit" on sales goes towards providing a twice yearly magazine and this Forum (Although Richard is ever so cheap!)

Just to say that thanks to our Editor, the Disk now contains all the magazines from the early 1980's up to Spring 2011. £5 to members.

Now there's value!

Sorry to announce some price increases decided at the last AGM. We need to do this because of postage price increases and the need to replace our stocks:

Magazine archive on DVD (£6 ) incl.£1 to RNLI

Enamel badges (£3 each)

Cloth badges (£3 each)

Car window stickers (£1.20 each)

(There are some copies of the membership form with the old prices on them but these are the current prices. I hope to keep these prices fixed for the next year but that will have to be agreed at the AGM at Norwich in July.

Just to let you know that the AMS Magazine Archive Disk has had a major revamp thanks to the efforts of "Salmon" a member of the Forum.

The archive is now in pdf format and is also searchable so it is even more useful.

Remember that PIC chips, badges , archive disks are still all available to AMS members.

Just an update on the programmed PIC chips.

I am not sure if we can continue to provide the full range of PIC chips. The original idea was to develop the software by using evaluation chips ,which members would then comment on. Well, interest in them has been somewhat underwhelming! I also want to move on to a different PIC family for the piston tanks to speed up development.

So I will continue to provide the Pinger chip (based on a 12F629 PIC) for "humanitarian" reasons but phase out the others.
