    Glad you enjoyed the video's Richard, it had become a lot of video's after all those years, funny to see how a boat can evolve from less to more, and still is growing.

    Tattoed, that was also my initial thought when i saw the sistership, not knowing what effort it would take to come at this point.
    For me this build started at 1988, maidenvoyage at 1990, from that year on improving the boat each time, even today she will be modified to become more detailed.

    The more pictures and videos of U boats I see, the more it's beginning to make me think of having another go at building another U-441(U-Flak-1)

    I built a small scale version a few years back which was fairly successful, but I always thought a larger scale version would have given me more scope(pardon the pun...completely unintentional!)to add a lot more detail.

    Must resist....
