I ordered a LiPo friendly esc from Mike at MicroGyros, within minutes I had an email from him describing what was going on with my order, and various methods of payment. Two days later (today) my esc arrived (with free postage) so I sent him a courtesy email thanking him for the quick delivery...minutes later I received a return email with all the set up instructions I'd need, (written in plain language and not techo-speak), wiring diagrams, and also a comment on how to set up my auto leveller properly (he'd seen a picture of my installation on the 'net)
The esc itself looks a superb piece of kit, very well made, and nice long flexible cables to allow easy installation in the cylinder. As soon as my hands settle down (I've been having a few bad days with both my hands and fingers) with I'll try it out and report back on how I got with it.
In my book, Mike offers super service and sells excellent products, and I recommend him to anyone contemplating the purchase of any electronic items for your boats.

Remember, this is just my personal opinion as a satisfied customer.
