    These are exactly the same pump as Norbert Bruggen sells...only cheaper.

    Yes but it is not a peristaltic. They have different uses/characteristics.

    For windscreen washer pumps, I personally would not stray far from the red plastic geared variety from ebay which was originally suggested by Andy L and has been on long term test see below:
