The Model Boat Convention - Haydock park- 27,28 August 2016- AMS stand

Just to give you all advance notice that we have again booked a stand for Haydock Park (Saturday and Sunday 27 & 28 August, Bank Holiday).

This is a regular and well-respected event at the Haydock Park race course which is well located in the "South of the North" just off the M6 near Warrington. Lots of model boats and model traders all together in the very good facilities of this race course. (Even a couple of small pools which are fine for smallish subs.)

Probably your only chance now in the UK to exhibit on a subs only stand.

A good chance to show your subs (r/c,static, kit etc etc) to the public and fellow modellers.

(More details and photos of previous shows on the this Forum.) (You need to be a registered AMS member to exhibit but it is free to do this online on the AMS Website.)

So get building now! Although part built attracts more interest.

    Update on this:

I have just received Exhibitors Tickets for Haydock Park, so if you have asked for one I will be posting it to you in the next day or so.

If Ian O is looking in. I have requested tickets for you by email but they were not in the batch of tickets. I'm hoping that they will be available for you at the door. Please phone me closer to the exhibition date.

Thanks to Fred, we have the AMS exhibition kit (flags etc.) I haven't had a chance to look at it it yet, but when I do I will post some photos.

    David
