Whilst tidying the attic last weekend I found an old issue (june 1965) of the US magazine
GRID LEAKS.
It contains an article and abbreviated plan of the nuclear submarine George Washington.
6 pages scanned and attached.
The thing I love about this boat is that it is made from wood and is driven by a SINGLE CHANNEL RC system, This is when the new fangled Galloping Ghost was in vogue for model aircraft...

Indeed, it was after reading this article in the dim and distant past that my building of surface craft
decreased as I became obsessed with the dark side.....
